Flight Social Reservation Policy

Reservations are strongly recommended, especially for groups, peak hours, and live performance nights. Walk-ins are welcome but are seated based on availability and cannot be guaranteed a table. Guests may request preferred seating for an additional $10 per guest, which is added to the final bill and guarantees placement in designated premium areas when available.

All reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After that window, the table may be released to accommodate other waiting guests. A credit card authorization is required to secure all reservations. A $20 per-guest cancellation or no-show fee will be charged if the reservation is canceled late (within 24-hours of your reservation) or the party does not arrive, with a maximum charge of $200 per group. An 18% gratuity is automatically applied to all parties of two or more.

For operational efficiency & to maintain quality service: • Large groups are placed on a single check. • Tables cannot be pushed together; groups are seated using the best available layout. • All guests must be present before seating. During live shows on Fridays and Saturdays, the venue is restricted to guests aged 14 and older, any children under 14 are not permitted during those events.

These policies are in place to ensure smooth service, fairness for all guests, and the best possible experience for both diners and staff.
